Kaleem is the founder and Managing Director of Guidance Consultancy (Home (guidanceconsultancy.co.uk). He is a multi-disciplinary change management consultant-analysts having worked on regulatory change, risk, compliance and performance improvement projects for public and private sector organisations in the UK with a global presence for over 15 years.

Kaleem is a passionate advocate for the ESG agenda, improving climate change governance and is an active member of various sustainability forums and bodies based in the UK.

He is an author and a peace advocate with a research interest in conflict transformation, peace and reconciliation initiatives at a local, national and international level along with working towards the 2030 UN Sustainable Development Goals. He is a RANE Network Affiliate Expert providing critical risk analysis and insights on international, economic and geo-political affairs and a Global Diplomatic Forum and Euphrates Institute Alumnus.

He holds an LLB Law (Honours), LLM International Economic Law (University of Warwick), PDLGM (Warwick Business School), Level 4 DipFA- Diploma in Financial Advice (The London Institute of Banking & Finance).
