Felicity Morrison is currently the team leader of the UK Government Cabinet Office working on international climate change negotiations under the UNFCCC as part of the COP26 Presidency team. She previously worked for the Department of Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, and prior to that for a government affairs consultancy in London on international radiocommunications policy. She also previously worked as a negotiator on international telecommunications for the Australian Government in Canberra.

She is passionate about international affairs and thinking about how global issues being negotiated at the highest levels can shape culture and transform society, industries, and individual lives. She has a Master of International Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, both from the Australian National University.
