Aurma Manlangit
Aurma Manlangit is a development professional with expertise in Leadership, Governance, Project Development and Management, Public Policy Analysis and Development. She does various consulting and technical assistance work on diverse topics on leadership and governance, environment, climate change and migration, social entrepreneurship, and health.
She was formerly Executive Director of Executive Education Program of the Ateneo de Manila University – School of Government in the Philippines. She is an active resource speaker on Leadership and Governance for the Ateneo de Manila University on Social Entrepreneurship for Overseas Filipino Migrants in the ASEAN region, Middle-East and parts of Europe.
Aurma has an extensive experience working with the government. She actively does capacity-building work with the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), the most prestigious training and development organization in the country. She continues to lead in implementing innovative learning and development programs for international donor organizations, international non-government organizations, donor-funded projects and programs, and national and local government agencies and other academic institutions.
She obtained her Masters’ in Public Management, (MPM) from the University of the Philippines, and an AB Social Sciences (major in Sociology) from the same university.
