General coordinator of the NGO Action pour le Développement du Sahel (ADESA) in Niger and representative of the NGO Micro Recyc Cooperation (MRC), He has more than 16 years of experience in development and emergency linked to climate change. Sharing of international experience on preserving natural resources in the arid zones of the Sahel regions: in play between emergency and innovation and creation of an innovation center and coexistence in unfavorable climatic situations in the Sahel: transfer of social and environmental technology and knowledge exchange. He developed the Digital and spatial Technologies for Anticipatory Action (DASTAA) tool: a powerful solution designed to have a lasting impact on Africa’s climate resilience and sustainability.
