Fellows

Mari Castillo is a lawyer specializing in climate finance and human rights. She currently works with the Climate Action Department in the Climate Change Directorate of the Ministry of the Environment of Panama, contributing to the management and planning of projects aimed at developing and implementing mitigation and adaptation actions to climate change in the institutional and regulatory sphere.  She also works on the technology and financing with local, regional and national governments as well as other sectors of society.
